2.  The following conditions must be met for warranty service:

1) During warranty period, product is normally used, as intended by the manufacturer.

2) No unauthorized disassembling, modification or installation has been performed.

3)  Labels,  Serial  Numbers,  waterproof  mark,  false   proof  mark,  etc.  show   no  signs  of tampering or altering;

4) Valid proof-of-purchase, receipt or order number(provided by SKY Direct Sales).

3. Following situations are not subject to warranty service conditions:

1. The failure is caused by non-manufacturing factors, such as water, damp, collision, falling and fire.

2. Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembling or shell opening which did not follow the instruction of official manuals.

3. Damage caused by improper installation, or incorrect use or operation despite of the guidance of manuals.

4. Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuit, mismatch or misuse of battery and charger.

5. Damage caused by any flights which didn’t follow the instructions of the manuals.

6. Damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e. strong wind, rain, sand/dust storm, etc.)

7. Damage caused by operating the unit in an electromagnetic interference environment (i.e. mining area, radio transmitting tower, high-voltage wire, substation, etc.).

8. Damage caused by operation while the wireless device (transmitter, video transmitter,

Wi-Fi signal, etc.) is damaged.

9. Damage caused by operating the unit with a weight greater than safe takeoff weight. 10.Damage caused by forced flight when components have been aged or damaged.

11.  Damage  caused   by  reliability  or  compatibility   issues  when   using   unauthenticated third-party parts.

12. Damage caused by operating the unit with a low charged or defective battery.

13. After testing by SKY technical support department, there is no quality problem;

14.  Collisions  and  burns  caused   by  non-self  quality   problems,  as  well  as   man-made unauthorized modifications and foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.)

15. Tear up or alter labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc.;

16. Products damaged by force majeure such as fire, flood, lightning strike, traffic accident, etc.

17. If the goods are damaged due to transportation, they propose to exchange the goods but fail to provide the goods damage certificate issued by the transportation company.

18. Other circumstances mentioned in the policy.

 

 

 

 

4. Miscellaneous

1)  SKY  requests  that  customers  are  responsible  for  shipping  costs  when  sending  their product(s) in for return, repair or exchange.

2) Technical staff of after-sales service centers will examine the  product to  identify the problem and responsibility. If it is a quality problem of the product itself, SKY will accept all

the test cost, material cost, labor cost, and delivery fee when sending the repaired product back to customer.

3) If SKY determines that the product(s) do not fall under the warranty, SKY will advise the customer  of  the  cost  of  repair  and   return  delivery   prior  to   repairing  or  sending  the product(s).

4)  If  your  issue  is  not  subject  to  warranty  or  caused  by  non-manufacturing  issue,  then examination cost, material and labor cost will be charged according to the nature of the problem.

 

 

5. Note :

1) The ordinary wear and tear of wearing parts are not subject to warranty.

2)  Warranty  will  start  from  the  date  product  is  purchased.  Customers  must  check  the products  within  7  working  days  upon   receiving.  If  the   model  and  technical  data  are different from contract, please contact SKY.
